    Who am I?

In July of 2017 I was broke, unemployed and $30,000 in debt. Feeling like I was at the end of the line, I figured I’d give freelancing a shot. What did I have to lose? A couple months later I landed an $80/hr client. And in my first full year of freelancing I went on to earn $94,858.24. The whole time feeling, “How is this possible? I don’t even know what I’m doing?”

5 years of freelancing later and I’ve still got that “How is this possible feeling?" I’m doing work I LOVE, I’m traveling the world, and I’m earning GREAT money. I have to pinch myself sometimes!

Once freelancing gave me freedom I set out to travel the world. I’ve lived in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, and the UK and traveled to tons more countries in the last few years.

Literally the only thing missing in my life … more amazing people like YOU living the dream right alongside me. So I want to teach you exactly how I did it, every mistake, and everything I've learned along the way. This way of living is too good not to share!

    Why a community?

I’m creating a community because I miss teaching and interacting.

I created an online course several years ago but didn’t ever know anything about my students once they bought it. Were they succeeding? Were they stuck? What else did they have questions about?

Additionally, I’ve seen many a freelancing Facebook group out there that has descended into madness. Lots of spammy posts about trying to find jobs and a lack of supporting and lifting each other up.

I wanted to create a community where we’re learning from each other and supporting each other. There’s no need for competition. There is MORE than enough work out there for us all.

Finally, we need a place to come together. We need a place where we’re surrounded by fellow souls that understand us, where we're coming from, and where we’re trying to go. I’ve been in the biz for 5+ years but I still need that with all my heart. Will you come join me?
